My BHAG is to be a person who can speak in English fluently in 11 NOV 2013 !

At the same time, must have confidence in doing all those things!

its quite challenging but it's attainable for me,I know =D

这几天的训练，真的是让我获益不浅。分享。是一个很好的过程。

我不会后悔把这两天的时间花在这。真的不会后悔。

我越来越爱AIESEC了。

别人不了解没关系，这是因为你不知道如何去学习。

纸上谈兵是没用的。

有时候，总是需要白自己丢到那个情况里你才能领悟到。

你需要承担责任。

在一个team里，最重要的是互相相信。

但是，

it depends on the situation.

not everyone can be trusted,so you need to make others trust you.

I really enjoy with those guys. Because of they are the teammates who are competent and can be trusted.

我真的学到很多很多。太多了，我真的没办法一一列出来。

虽然我的speaking不是很好，因为他们的Speaking很强。

我一定要变得跟他们一样！

现在，我想要一直分享。什么事就说出来。

我不想再这么沉默了。我要改变，所以行动吧。！

请接受批评。

因为，只有对你好的人才会批评你，虽然，会不悦耳，但是记得感激那些批评你的人。

因为他们才是关心你的人。

批评就是让你知道你的缺点，好让你可以改。

所以真的要感激。

**此外，不要还没知道实情，就随意批评他人。因为你更本不了解，所以你没资格。
